Group Classes in Goleta
Group sizes vary but are typically around 5 to 7 dogs. Sessions are 6 weeks long.
Introduction to Nose Work - group
Get you and your dog off to a great start on this fabulous sport.
Introduction to odor - group
Dogs already smell good. This is where we begin the training for specific odor recognition by the dog and behavioral recognition by the person.
Various Levels of Continuing Nose Work - group
Building on foundation classes. Adding other odors, working towards Odor Recognition Test, learning to work in a competition setting, or advanced work for those wanting to play with their dogs but not wishing to compete.
Classes are taught by Diane Baley a Certified Nose Work Instructor (CNWI) through the National Association of Canine Scent Work (NACSW).
